Spent Xmas at this cozy spot and had a really enjoyable experience. the hotel had great amenities. Nice sheets, a comfortable room and a stunning view. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was most impressed with how fast the service was considering how busy it was. the hotel is ideally located for skiing lovers. Walking distance to the slopes and lifts with less traffic meant more time skiing. Being able to come in and have a warm drink after a day on the slopes hit the spot.

The hotel had a few maintenance issues that left rooms hot, especially in the halls which made it uncomfortable at night. Although the staff was helpful and friendly, service could be slow at times.

The view from my Executive Suite with mountain view at Aurora Resort was absolutely breathtaking. The spacious and clean room provided a perfect retreat. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful scenery of the greenery mountains. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, just a stone's throw from the ski lifts and easily accessible to the town center. The small but convenient parking made life easy, and the friendly staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The clean and comfortable rooms with a terrific view were a real highlight, as was the delicious fare we tasted in the restaurant.

Although we loved the warmth in the winter months, the temperature inside the hotel was too high and not adjustable. Inside the halls, it was difficult to stay a long time without extra sweaters.
